If you want to return the product within the 7-day grace period, please read carefully the following policy: According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers are entitled to a 7-day grace period when the product, reminding you that when you return the product, it must be in its original state (including the inner and outer packaging of the product, documents, gifts, etc.). Partial returns will be refunded/credited the purchase price for the specific item(s) minus any sales costs. Be sure to read the detailed instructions at the bottom of this page that may affect the return rights of various products.
This is a private consumable product and cannot be opened or used. Once opened or used, it will affect the right to return.
▪️If there is a flaw, please submit a return/exchange application within 3 days, and assist in sending the product back within 7 days
▪️If the product has been used (or opened), it will not be accepted
▪️If the product is purchased incorrectly and needs to be replaced, please leave a message in the order to inform the customer service to assist in the modification before it is shipped. If it has been shipped and needs to be replaced, please place a new order

▪️It takes about 7 working days (excluding holidays) to return the product, and the refund will be processed according to the original payment method after 7-14 working days

Refund and exchange cannot be accepted in the following cases:
▪️Time exceeds the 7-day grace period from the time of delivery
▪️The product has been unpacked, used, damaged and etc.
▪️Products, trial items and gifts, once opened and used, will not be accepted
D. The package of the returned product is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and goods are incomplete.
E. Malicious behavior or mass returns.
If the received product is incomplete or damaged, please contact the customer service. After confirmation, we will arrange to send the product to you. In case of order errors and other factors, we cannot provide exchange services.

- Credit card payment after confirming the return is successful, the money will be directly credited to the original credit card account. Due to the difference between the credit card billing date, if the current credit card bill has not been credited, please pay attention to the next credit card bill.
- Pick-up payment at supermarkets, ATM payment
Please first contact the customer service to provide the bank account information, as to facilitate the subsequent remittance of the return payment. After confirming the return, the customer service will contact the customer and refund.
