What are the shipping options?
1. Convenient store pick-up without payment: Cooperate with 7-11 and FamilyMart without payment service.
2. Cash on delivery in convenient store: Cooperating with 7-11 and FamilyMart cash on delivery services, domestic orders over NTD: 5,000 cannot use this service.
3. Home delivery: Hsinchu logistics is used for home delivery on Taiwan Island.
What is the delivery fee?
Free shipping over NTD: 1,000on Taiwan Island, and NTD: 100 for under NTD: 1,000.
Free shipping over NTD: 1,500 outside of Taiwan Island, and a shipping NTD: 100 for under 1,500. (Outside of Taiwan Islands are only open to 7-11)

Can you deliver to outside of Taiwan Islands?
The scope of Taiwan Island home delivery: Penghu, Kinmen (Great Kinmen, Little Kinmen),Xiaoliuqiu, Matsu, and Green Island. Only provide7-11 for pickup and payment, Free shipping for over NTD: 1,500 and NTD: 100 for less than 1,500.
How do I change my order, shipping address or cancel my order?
Modify the order: After the order is sent out, the order cannot be modified. If you need to modify it, you can enter the member area ▶ shopping order, cancel the order and place a new order.
Cancel order: Before the order enters the packaging operation, you can cancel the order by yourself through Member Area ▶ Shopping Order and click "Cancel Order"
When the order shows that it has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
